Meet Andrew Kadera! 

    Andrew was born in Anaheim but was raised in Guatemala City in Central America as a missionary. That experience allowed him to become fluent in Spanish and appreciate soccer, but more importantly, learn to serve and love others. Andrew started working as an agent with Allco Insurance in February of 2000. He had a new family and needed a reliable job to support them while attempting to finish college. Andrew jumped headfirst into the insurance industry, learning as much as possible using the new emerging technology tools to work efficiently to serve our clients with genuine care for their needs. Andrew loves what he does, he loves that he has the potential of making a real difference in the life of our clients when they have the right coverage for their needs. He loves that every day is a new adventure of problem solving, overcoming objections, and strives to find ways to help his clients understand their insurance needs. He is also very enthusiastic about leading our team and encouraging them daily with positivity and support. He takes his role as one of the leaders very seriously, with genuine concern for the team's lives both personally and professionally.

    Andrew is married with 4 kids and enjoys participating in their activities, whether it be coaching their teams or attending their school events. He enjoys adventures with no agendas and an open road. He supports Eastside Church in Anaheim by leading the 'Financial Peace University' classes. That is one of his biggest passions because he is helping people understand their finances and get a clear plan for their future. His favorite book is Darren Hardy's "The Compound Effect" and "Inception" is his favorite movie. 

    Over the past 22 years of being an Independent Insurance Agent, one of Andrew's most memorable calls was from a client that was trying to expand his business by entering the Amazon marketplace with a unique product and he was having an impossible time securing the coverage he needed to meet the requirements. After numerous calls to other insurance brokers, the client almost gave up on his dreams, but he was recommended to contact Andrew. Andrew was able to successfully secure a policy in time to meet deadlines so the client could get the approval from Amazon to start selling and distributing his product. The feeling of overcoming a challenge and helping the client in a life changing impact on the future of his business and family was extremely fulfilling and memorable.
